The Town of Blanca offers people who receive a citation an easy and convenient method to pay their citations and court fines online. Your citation number is listed at the top proceeded by the letters BPD.
The Town of Blanca offers residents an easy and convenient method to pay their utility bills online. Our online payment options save you time and gives you more flexibility in how you pay your bill.
Please note there are two different payment portals depending on your payment needs.
Note that there is a 2.75% service fee plus $1.50 above your fine or utility bill, which is allowed by Colorado Law. The service fee is collected on behalf of the credit card company, and the additional $1.50 is the Intellipay's charge.
You can use VISA, MasterCard or Discover card to make your payment. During the process, you can review the exact charges prior to completing the payment.
For CITATION payments please choose the "Court Payments" option, "Utility Payments" are for Town residents ONLY.
